TROC – ROSE

2017 – It has become a cliché to talk about the light in the context of artists in the south of France. The light here can be mesmerising as in the evening a rose-madder permeates everything and it’s impossible to describe beyond a sense of magic and enchantment.
Watercolour for me is challenging, but:
“part of the success is down to being into what you are painting.”
